Twinned crystals: from problem to opportunity

What if two crystals are analysed at the same time using electron diffraction? What can initially be considered a problem turns to be an enhancement. We measured 2 crystals with ELDICO ED-1 in the same experiment time, on the same grid. With the twin refinement feature of APEX4©, we discovered that higher completeness of data in a merged dataset from a single run is indeed, possible. Check our note for more details.
